Easter Cookies

I decided to fully embrace Easter this year by baking Easter cookies with Nicholas. I found very cute cookie cutters of a butterfly, bunny, egg, and flower. Nicholas had fun helping me make the dough yesterday morning and really enjoyed rolling it out and cutting the cookies yesterday afternoon (let's just say there was flour EVERYWHERE...including all over Nicholas). Today we frosted the cookies and put sprinkles on them. Nicholas was very interested to start, but then became more interested in licking his fingers after touching the cookies. It's a good thing we'll be the only people eating them! :-)
