One of our new excursions has been to the public library. They do a toddler story time on Wednesday mornings, which we've gone to once. Nicholas seemed to enjoy listening to the stories and singing songs. Today, we didn't quite have our act together to get to story time on time, but we went anyway to check out some new books. Nicholas LOVES to read books in his room. Everyday we pour through countless titles...this is a good sign! We thought we'd mix it up by checking out some new books though. The kids area is fairly large at our library, and there is an area for older babies/toddlers to play. Nicholas had a blast today. We even walked to the post office afterwards, passing by the police station on the way. Nicholas was VERY excited to see the police cars!
