Father's Day

Jeff had a low key and relaxing Father's Day this year.  We started off the day by going to breakfast downtown, where Jeff and the kids enjoyed chocolate chip waffles.  The majority of the day was spent relaxing around the house and Jeff was able to watch some of the soccer games he wanted to catch up on.

We headed over to my parents' house mid-afternoon for a BBQ with my grandparents.  My dad had cooled down their spa, so Nicholas and Lexi spent the first hour and half "swimming" in the jacuzzi.  They had a blast!  Afterward we enjoyed flank steak (grilled by Becca!) and other delicious goodies.  Presents and desserts wrapped up the evening and each dad left happy!  Happy Father's Day!
