Nicholas' 3 year physical

At Nicholas' three year physical this week, he weighed in at 42 lbs. (95th percentile) and measured 41 inches (97th percentile). His doctor said he's actually quite lean, as he is proportionate. Based on his new measurements it is predicted that Nicholas will be between 6'4 and 6'5 as an adult. The doctor gave us a "heads up" on what to look for at age 3...fantasy play and increased frustration. Nicholas is right on track with speech and physical development as well. He can balance on one foot, which the doctor said is good for being able to pedal a tricycle and walk up the stairs one foot at a time (Nicholas has been doing both for some time now, which the doctor said is actually earlier than most kids his age). Overall, Nicholas is a healthy growing boy! :)
