Nicholas is a BIG fan of pancakes (but really, what kid isn't?). He especially loves Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes. On Sunday morning he wanted to help me make them. With the help of his trusty step stool he helped me stir the mix and watched me put them in the skillet. He also got to wear his new apron I made him (which, appropriately, has a picture of a pancake on it and says, "Breakfast Time")
