Daems Family Visits
On Monday, Jeff's family came in to visit for the week. We had a busy, yet fun time. On Tuesday we took the kids to Discovery Kingdom for a few hours, and topped it off with dinner at Benihana's to celebrate Jennifer and Nicholas' birthdays (they're a day apart!). Wednesday was spent in SF, where Matthew and Hailey got to ride a cable car. New Year's Eve was spent devouring a delicious meal of mussels. The men got to brew beer on Thursday at my parent's house, while Friday was spent doing a little R and R. Nicholas enjoyed spending time with his family, but especially his cousins. It was a nice way to end a great 2 weeks off from work!
