Abby's Graduation

My oldest cousin, Abby, graduated from UC Santa Cruz on Saturday, so we headed about an hour and a half south to be there to see her walk. Much to my surprise (and amazement) the kids were awesome! They sat through the ceremony without so much as a peep. Before you think they are just the most amazing, well behaved children, we did have technology on our side. Nothing a few iPhones and headphones couldn't solve!

After a quick change into dinner clothing we all enjoyed a celebration dinner. There were speeches and tears, followed by a yummy dinner in a private room. Again, all things considered, the kids did really well, especially Lexi, who had not napped. We headed home around 8:30 and called it a night...we were all beat!
