Last Tuesday the
Frigard ladies, Kendra, Ava (3), and
Aneka (1), came to
Benicia for a visit. Nicholas picked out the "big slide park" (as he calls it) as the park to take his dear friend Ava. There is a gigantic concrete slide there, that Nicholas has recently conquered his fear of. After a little park play, we headed down to
Kinder's for lunch and Double Rainbow for ice cream. We topped it off with a nice stroll down by the waterfront. We always have a great time with the
Frigard ladies!
