Six Flags

Nicholas is currently making the transition to one nap a day, so in the spirit of keeping him awake in the morning hours, Jeff and I decided to head out to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. It's a short 15 minute drive from our house. Since we have a special pass that gets us in free, we thought, let's spend an hour or so and check it out. They have a jungle area with a huge play structure. Nicholas loved going down the slide. He also saw a giraffe, lions, a tiger, and other jungle animals. We then walked over to the Thomas the Train Town. We rode on Thomas and tried to get on a helicopter ride as well. Nicholas was toast by noon, so we headed home.
